1. Program Director (Family Engagement and Youth Programs)

About the Position:

EPIC - Every Person Influences Children is seeking a Program Director. This new position will lead multiple programs including supervising staff, managing budgets, meeting grant and funder requirements, and grant writing. The candidate must be able to conduct meaningful needs assessments and oversee curriculum updates based on family and community need. The Program Director will be a member of the executive leadership team and will assist with advancing EPIC’s mission, vision, and strategic plan. We are looking for a flexible team player, with an open mind, strong work ethic and desire to help families.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, evaluate and support the growth of staff; explore and secure program funding opportunities; research family engagement and youth services, as well as child development and educational policies and practices, manage quality improvement efforts, evaluation protocols, and program data; attend community and committee meetings.

Experience Required:

  • CRM experience
  • Management experience
  • 5+ years experience in a non-profit environment
  • Program delivery experiences

Experience Preferred:

  • Salesforce
  • Bachelors in related field
  • Family Engagement program experience

2. Program Coordinator

About the Position:

EPIC - Every Person Influences Children is seeking a Program Coordinator for a variety of EPIC programming. This full-time (40 hours) position offers a flexible schedule based on program requirements and applicants must have reliable transportation. Diverse applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • facilitate workshops
  • identify parent needs and provide appropriate resources
  • manage data in Salesforce and funder database
  • provide and analyze evaluations
  • complete timely reporting
  • record keeping and contract requirements as necessary
  • establish and maintain community partnerships
  • assist in grant applications and funding opportunities
  • and other related duties

Experience Required:

  • have a college degree and/or two years’ experience in human services or education
  • are comfortable speaking to groups
  • are competent working with diverse cultural and ethnic populations
  • have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • are comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, virtual meetings, and conference platforms.

Experience Preferred:

  • Salesforce
  • Bilingual

3. Facilitator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct parenting and family engagement workshops to fidelity utilizing EPIC curriculum and materials
  • Follow agendas and timeframes for each program
  • Prepare, facilitate, and complete follow up paperwork for each program, including keeping accurate record of attendance and completing program evaluations
  • Gather materials needed for facilitation ahead of program implementation
  • Communicate regularly regarding availability with EPIC’s Facilitator Coordinator

EPIC is looking for applicants who:

  • Have a passion and sensitivity for parents and community members
  • Have 1 to 3 years’ experience in human services, education, or a related field.
  • Ability to disseminate and deliver EPIC programming
  • Accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner
  • Knowledge and comfort facilitating in person and on virtual platforms such as Teams and Zoom
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:  Degree in Human Services, Education, or related field.  Bilingual.

Special Consideration: EPIC Facilitators are trained utilizing EPIC’s Dynamic Group Facilitation Training

This is a casual (as needed) position and the number of hours a facilitator is scheduled for is determined by funding and workshop schedules, as well as facilitator availability. The Facilitator will report to the Facilitator Coordinator and maintain contact for information, guidance, and feedback.
