1. Program Coordinator: General

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours) Program Coordinator for various EPIC programming. Duties for this position include: facilitating workshops, identify parent needs and provide appropriate resources, manage data in Salesforce and funder database, provide and analyze evaluations, complete timely reporting, record keeping and contract requirements as necessary, establish and maintain community partnerships, assist in grant applications and funding opportunities, and other related duties.

We require that you have a college degree and/or two years’ experience in human services or education; comfortable speaking to groups; competency in working with diverse cultural and ethnic populations; excellent communication and organizational skills; Microsoft Office, virtual meeting and conference platforms, and computer experience. This position requires a flexible schedule based on program requirements and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce experience. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and diverse applicants encouraged to apply.

 

2. Program Coordinator: Families in Transition

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours) Program Coordinator for EPIC’s Families in Transition (FiT) program. Duties for this position include: facilitating workshops, identify parent needs and provide appropriate resources, manage data in Salesforce and funder database, provide and analyze evaluations, complete timely reporting, record keeping and contract requirements as necessary, establish and maintain community partnerships, assist in grant applications and funding opportunities, and other related duties.

3. Program Assistant/Billing Specialist 

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours) Program Assistant/Billing Specialist that will coordinate the billing and assist with EPIC’s parent training program through the Erie County Department of Social Services (ECDSS). Duties for this position include: maintain data in ECDSS Connections system and Salesforce, prepare Monthly Delivered Activity Report, ensure timely entry for all required data, complete intakes, record keeping and contract requirements as necessary, identify parent needs and provide appropriate resources, establish and maintain community partnerships, and other related duties.
