June 19, 2018 - Program Director

EPIC - Every Person Influences Children is seeking a Program Director. This position will lead multiple programs including grant writing, meeting grant and funder requirements, managing budgets and supervising staff. Must be able to conduct meaningful needs assessments and develop programs and curriculum based on family and community need. The Program Director will be a member of the executive leadership team and will assist with advancing EPIC's mission, vision and strategic plan. Responsibilities will include: explore and secure program funding opportunities; research on parent and family engagement, as well as child development and educational policies and practicies, manage quality improvement efforts, evaluation protocols and program data; attend community amd committee meetings. We are looking for a team player, with an open mind, strong work ethic and dsire to help families.



CRM Experience

Management experience and 5+ years' experience in a non-profit environment

Program development and delivery experiences




Bachelors in related field

Parenting/Family Engagement experience
