The Community Hub is dedicated to nonprofi t organizations, community agencies, and service providers offering essential support and resources to families across Western New York.
These partners play a critical role in ensuring families can access trusted information, services, and programs related to parenting, health, education, and basic needs.
Opportunity Includes:
- Exhibitor space within the Community Hub
- One (1) 8-foot table and two (2) chairs
- Direct engagement with families seeking resources and support Inclusion in event materials and resource listings
- Opportunity to build awareness and connect families to services
Raffle Contribution:
- To support event engagement and fundraising efforts: Community Hub Exhibitors are asked to contribute a minimum $25 raffl e item or equivalent value

The Family Marketplace is designed for businesses and brands looking to sell products, promote services, and build direct relationships with families.
This high-traffic area provides vendors with access to a highly engaged audience of parents and caregivers actively seeking products and solutions that support their daily lives.
Opportunity Includes:
Exhibitor space within the Family Marketplace • One (1) 8-foot table and two (2) chairs
Direct-to-consumer engagement with families
Ability to sell products and services on-site
Brand visibility in a curated, family-focused environment Opportunity to generate leads, sales, and long-term customer relationships
Raffle Contribution:
