About EPIC and our Founder, Mr. Robert Wilson

Mr. Robert Wilson founded EPIC is 1980. His story is one of tragedy and hope. Mr. Wilson lost his wife when a young boy in their neighborhood, whom they had befriended, killed her. Needing to understand how something like this could happen, he learned that this child had been abused, neglected, and lived in several foster and group homes in his short 15 year life. Mr. Wilson decided to honor the memory of his late wife by dedicating the rest of his life to trying to prevent such thing from happening. EPIC - Every Person Influences Children was created with the intention of sharing realistic and sustainable solutions to challenges facing today's families.
