· EPIC may collect personal information when you register as an EPIC Member and when you visit EPIC pages or the pages of certain EPIC partners.

· When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code. Once you register with EPIC and sign in to our Member Section, you are not anonymous to us.

· EPIC uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, to improve our services, to contact you, and to conduct research.

· EPIC does not sell, rent, or share personal information about you with other people except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission.

· Upon being informed of a possible illegal activities, EPIC retains the right to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding such illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of  EPIC's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

· You can edit your EPIC Account Information at any time, or request modifications through the Members section.

· We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the EPIC service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the EPIC e-Newsletter, that are considered part of your EPIC account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Confidentiality and Security

· We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
