The national publication "Education Daily" recently published an article about PIRC funding and reauthorization efforts. While there is uncertainty about whether the programs will continue after September 30th, EPIC President Vito Borrello is quoted in the article by saying "I feel like the improvement we're making is almost exponential across the country."  Vito goes on to say, "PIRCs are the biggest federal investment in family engagement, a central component of Title I. Nobody else is really there to take their place."
